I'm finishing the Congress/Political Party complaint
now; I had to redo it as they returned the judgment against the political
parties as they filed it as a...prisoner motion, lol. It went to the
incorrect judge and the only thing they hate more than citizen lawyers is
prisoner lawyers. I said I feel like a prisoner but I'm not actually in a
physical prison. I tried but I had no takers. I had a migraine so
I had to put it down and come back to it. I'm using all of this. I did not get
to that other letter yet but once again here's a lot of info in a little
space as it has to do with political parties and so you'll know how to use your
vote soon:
I broke the case down into parts with each part addressing
an issue as I won the case and all I enter is first person sworn testimony. It's
history. I'm trying to demonstrate how corruption and criminal activity is
endemic and with the political parties and Congress I proved the confluence of
big business and modern politicking with the two party monopoly created a closed
system whereby you CAN'T get in if you're intelligent and/or honest. I had to
break it down as the judges can't see the whole case; they think in
absolutes and fail to understand if it happens in reality then you have
your proof. Like Sol Wachler being convicted in NY of domestic
violence when he was the Chief Judge; at that point the entire NY Judiciary fell
and with it the whole NY government as your Judiciary is he last to go so that
no hearing in NY was possible if you are a woman. I ratted on Spitzer two years
before the FBI had him; I could have saved NY millions. You can
replace Wachler - or Spitzer - but you'd have to replace
everyone under him to then weed out the corruption. As he's the
Chief Judge there is no person after him except SCOTUS. Duh. So, what happens if
you elect a criminal President? Liberty and Justice is no longer existent. You
have your proof: The entire sitting federal government has fallen or else a
criminal President is not possible thus after the President you do
not have SCOTUS but the citizen - me or citizens - you.
You only go to SCOTUS before you go to the Whitehouse not after which is
why you do not want your elections decided there or else you're stuck: Is SCOTUS
ever going to remove a man they first installed??? Hardly! That would constitute
SCOTUS pleading out, lol.
I had to then start at my own person and stack my vote
leveraging it all of the way up to China as any point of intrinsicity is when
all is one and the same - it's ground zero - and that happened on February
27th, 2007 when WalMart announced it would violate the will of my town, a
military town, and so build here. For China to reach out and cause me harm in FL
due to China/WalMart? BOOM! I had the case. I became ground zero. The
first time this happened to me and I noticed it was January 3rd, 2007
- when the FBI attacked me with the Patriot Act in real time at the library.
EVERY office holder was in the room in person or on paper; all authorities were
present in one place and at one time and I knew the odds precluded this. I
suspected I had stumbled upon a law of this universe but it was only in February
when I worked it out on paper that I realized I had Uniformity. I saw equal
protection like a picture in my head, like a seesaw or lever and fulcrum and
weight moving back and forth until each piece cancelled the other out. I knew
what I was seeing as to move the Earth, which the case for equality will do,
you'd have to drop the greatest weight of all on it and that is the
Declaration and Constitution.
It's hard to describe but I lapped myself by arguing my
life from a time before the void as we named the Creator thus I'm acting like a
circuit, like the missing link or missing keystone. I enable you to feel or
receive the energy known as liberty as it will pour out from my person upon
adjudication or when you all decide to start obeying the law no matter what
SCOTUS says or does not say. You can't feel it yet as you haven't plugged into
it; if you do not truly believe, if you don't have faith, then you won't feel it
as you won't act. People who truly believe then act. If you don't believe
but act as if you do - if you fake it - then you'll engage it thus feel it. Your
thoughts and feelings will follow your actions. You're like engines that
have a key in the ignition but that key hasn't turned yet. You are a
vehicle not a vessel. Imagine the Creator driving you all
around exploring his creation. The separation you feel from the Creator is an
illusion so you must do something - act - to destroy that false
perception.
Salvation history is history; it's legal history,
so if you understand it is a history of man's ascent, his emotional development,
then it's easy to discern that the writing matches the science. People
misinterpret sacred writing by trying to compare it to physical reality
like matching images and exacting dates. What you should look for
is thoughts, feelings, ideas and beliefs. Truth, as any actual law is
universally true. All sacred writing is corrupted to an extent; lawyers do it as
that's all priests and ministers and scientists are and trust me, they are
taught how to use words to their advantage, but what's universally true can't be
hidden as you'll feel it. And isn't our law's basic principle an emotion,
liberty? And looky: We are doing to America what the early Catholic
Church did to Christianity. As people live history so people repeat history
all I did then was go back to Africa by way of China as our human
migration path is now being played out another way: The magnetic north pole. Go
look: We do something that makes it move. Einstein was incorrect as it is not
moving as the result of the Earth's core rotating independently from its crust.
That motion contributes to volcanic activity but it is very little if any of the
reason the magnetic pole is moving. I noticed that the pole is retracing our
human migration path as the Sioux came from China not over the Bering land
bridge. You spell Sioux with an X and they happen to have very rare X DNA. Is
the Creator telling me X literally marks the spot? I have film footage of myself
that says he is. The Iroquois came over the land bridge and the Iroquois have
law that matches our own perfectly. The Sioux had to come from Polynesia via
island hopping or a great deluge as their salvation history says. Science is
wrong when it comes to human migration and evolution. I found a guy who calls
the early people of America protoClovis. He made me laugh but: Clovis,
NM. The Conquistadors trail of death. This then led me all over Earth and then
the universe as I could keep making that leap where others ran out of knowledge.
I can start anywhere in any discipline. I can come full circle and so answer
anything. Immediately I noticed something: I angered people as they seemed to
resent me and all of my predictions came to be as I know human behavior is
not random; it is not your actual choice like you believe it is. It can become
your choice if you override the Creator's power of veto. Thus no matter how
insane people act you can accurately predict human behavior if you can read
human emotion. No amount of fancy word usage will ever hide the truth. As
that's all lawyers do I could run all over the federal bench like I ran all over
Earth.
The tangled mess you call modern government is easy for me
to sort out. It's very, very possible. Tackling every officer? Both parties?
Congress? These guys are so crooked a baby could do it. It's organizing the case
that's difficult as this case does not wholly translate to paper and we do not
appoint the smartest federal judges as they ARE political. Can a politically
appointed judge ever decide the case against the parties??? Will he? He's
political only if the Executive never interviewed him. I'm told Reagan was the
last President to interview federal judges so count up how many are political
appointments only. I may have one card they can't get around:
A while ago Joe Biden's brother told me US
law is a matter of physics. By then I had the idea to go as small as I
could, inside of myself, as Einstein and others looked outward and failed and I
knew that we only came to know how to tell time crossing the Atlantic by
using a small watch. So it being physics made lots of sense to me. Looking at a
map of the eastern seaboard one day I was thinking about how all of the Founders
landed in one place for the most part; for all of the things that had to come
together to then do so is fate and fate is God. But we stopped using the word
"providence". The Founders used it all of the time. Thus it is partly
language as English is a Germanic language and a living language. I
began listing the facts of the Founders as I was all of them or so it
seemed. I was universal myself. Then I thought of Paine as hardly anything is
named after him and people lie and claim he was an atheist. Thomas Paine almost
died as he was set to board a ship that pirates later attacked; they killed all
but five crew members. Paine always said God meant for him to avoid
that ship as he fought to get on it. Like federal court fights the universe.
It hit me like a ton of bricks. I could use physics to defeat the
federal bench. I acted on a hunch and it paid off.
Starting from day one of the universe I reasoned it all up
to now. I conducted the necessary experiments along the way as you do not need
billion dollar particle colliders. The very day WalMart announced it was
coming to my town? I called SCOTUS and was injured and then called the Navy
and was injured as that is both President and Commander so that very
day I made delivery of the actual paper possible. But WalMart is the
means to stop the political parties.
I defeated WalMart in Neptune Beach so I already
have the legal argument. WalMart owns about $750 billion in US debt and we can't
pay it if China calls it in but it's worse than that: WalMart negotiated a
treaty with China allowing the communist party to open branches in its Chinese
stores thus it is forcing us to fund communism and if you're a nation embroiled
in a war over oil as you seek to stop China from descending upon a country like
Iraq what WalMart is doing by allowing the communist party to operate and
even engendering it is heinous. There's lots of reasons it is illegal and
criminal to do business with China one of which is: China can't ever return the
investment of the honor bond. It's impossible it if it's a communist nation. Get
in bed with human rights violators and you become one.
So then: China can use its nuclear threat to then seize US
business interests as people believe that threat; it can attempt to collect the
US debt only to sink us not as it actually means to collect it. Well,
WalMart has this nation's largest PAC and announced it would fund a local
election: Governor of CA. I fell out. WalMart actively sought to foreignize the
office as via foreignization absolute lawlessness sets in which is good for the
crooks; it is big business installing Marxism. Literally only most people do not
know it. Do you know why I panicked when I heard this announcement? I thought
local as in mayor as that's as bad as it gets. Governor is only local if you're
out to secure the Executive. Imagine a WalMart installed Executive and China
doing business together.
Using WalMart I can leverage my vote against China, PACS,
the parties and all campaign funding as it unjustly targets women (WalMart
is in federal court now over how it treats women) as when the actual commission
is adjudicated? I can jack China with my knowledge of nuclear chain reactions as
China can't make good on its threat as I can defeat it every time with simple
physics. I knew to factor it what men did not; I can produce a list of places,
dates and exact times that China would have to detonate a nuclear missile to
then achieve a chain reaction. Otherwise all you get is the initial explosive
charge going off. Then my Secretary of Defense can jack them with knowledge he
has an he can defeat newer weapons. You can do stuff like this when you resolve
Uniformity. WalMart will want and need me recognized legally - they will
pressure the federal court to hear us - as only I can defend them against China,
a monster they created, only I can defend them against a lawsuit to
shut them down for good and only I can become owner and operator of
WalMart IF I remain a private citizen. To prevent me from taking
over the company they need me to become official ASAP as a
President may not takeover a US business. I used this argument to kick
em out of my town as WalMart does not want to be known as the company that
forced mothers and GI's to fund their own deaths. I can use WalMart to bring
other big businesses down so that they can't buy and sell offices anymore and I
can use WalMart to crush communism and dictatorships in general, including
religious ones as they do not make any sense. They do not even know what their
very own founding prophets said. Some can't even name their founding
prophets. Just like the US, lol!
WalMart's founding prophet? Sam Walton said he would
not go into politics or start a PAC - he said he would never start a PAC exactly
- as he felt it was bad for his customers. He meant people off of the
street and his employees. So how did WalMart then come to have the
largest, most dangerous one in the US? WalMart went from made in the
USA to GO MARXISM! There's an actual reason trade went overseas
and communism landed here. I can use Sam Walton's own words to take care
of it. As a bonus I can end the federal litigation WalMart is now
embroiled in so the victims get most of the money and they pay less as no
lawyers collect. You have to make your enemies need you.
Anybody could do what I did: I
stacked my one vote back and forth, leveraging power, thus making
myself the necessary element - I fill in the chink in US law between
President and Commander - and so making the commission itself a part of my
defense and then this nation's defense as John Marshall said if you prove the
commission is being withheld illegally then that is the injury, the
withholding of the commission is the violation of the fully vested
right, so delivery of the actual paper must follow. I said: MacArthur
left my commission on a desk in or around the 38th parallel and
didn't North Korea then act out? Notice Clinton didn't even look for that
commission and he was physically in North Korea. I found it a world away. I
vested the commission to act as President and Commander as a right by
going to SCOTUS first thus actually fulfilling the oath of office which is
why I told Harvey Schlesinger that he did not want me to enter a motion
of discovery against SCOTUS - yet. First I had to vest it by actually making the
case, lol, or else I couldn't ask for delivery of the actual paper. These
guys had no clue, not even when I exactly told them. No matter what they
did they could not exert a force known as gravity as it does not exist but they
insisted upon trying. They were screwed as US law is all you can't do is not
act so they then had to act but every action except obeying the law then
worked for me and against them. I'd remind the SCOTUS clerks: You have to
act so I'd end up on the case conference list, lol, as they counted upon you
failing to notice me - which you did!!! I'd be pissed if SCOTUS clerks and
federal judges truly believed I was a stupid, lazy, socialist and then
counted upon it being true each time as a federal officer can only do this
if The People fail.
I'm probably going to contact WalMart again as it worked
the first time I circumvented the Federal Judiciary by going to them
directly.
Hey, if the Federal Judiciary and Congress can circumvent
you then you can circumvent it. I was told if it works then do it again until it
stops working. Most of this case was being willing to volunteer to act the fool.
Anything you did not know? Except for a few things its in a book. You
might not have been able to remove the nuclear threat but you could reason why
China is buying up all of our debt and connect it to WalMart and its PAC. I
never read the PAC cases Souter complained of; all I did was read the case
captions to know it's women. Trust me, when I first thought of putting
this case in writing? I sat at my diningroom table staring at the paper
feeling helpless. So I would write letters ot the clerks as I had to act:
You'll be meeting me soon.
Let's play a game: If I'm leveraging WalMart against China
what do you think I'm gonna do with the Vatican? A hint: Delivery
systems as the three best, most effective delivery systems on the
planet are: The US military, the US postal Service and the Catholic Church.
