Griffin, the family court judge who took a bribe then retired after I caught her
and after she helped opposing counsel one last time as well as seated Greg
Rinckey's partner in her old seat. It's so many pages due to the type and
spacing but still - it's long.
Anyway: you should read it as I compare Jefferson to Paul
as they both had to make the same decision re the institutions. you can skip the
parts you already read as some is pulled from the Sioux City complaint.
I want you to consider something: I never threw paper away
- hardly ever -as I knew it might be important someday. It demonstrates
how I came to own the legal argument via logic. Also I often had flashes of
brilliance that I would lose track of as I couldn't employ the info right away.
I'd come to know something but have to sit on it. I swear: I read older paper at
times and think: OMG! How did I ever figure that out?? lol. At some
point I am going to need somebody to go through it and organize it or even toss
some of it as it might be redundant. I can't let a person I do not trust do it.
I also can't let someone who doesn't own most of the knowledge do it as they
won't understand a lot of it. You should consider taking this job on as it would
be something you could do on your own time out of the limelight and it would be
fun too: not all of my writing is so serious. I'll use anything to reason a
point. Once I drew up a cast of characters as if everybody in the NY family
court was in a Broadway play; I wrote out who and what they are as if it's their
fictional character. It's funny but scary as its all true.

Anyway as you like reading this stuff think about it. I
have boxes and boxes of stuff I accumulated over the last few years and I've
been worried about who would end up with it once we're heard in person. I need
to divest myself of it but it's too valuable to toss and I do not have the
energy or the will to go through it as I lived it.
This time around? You can't lock it away for 50 years as I
have to teach The People how to do it. They will not be doing what I want but
merely doing it the correct way for the first time as now we have the proof and
the correct application. We know the Founders intentions so I have to show them
their mistakes and how I avoided them. They'll need the paperwork - to then see
they too can do it.
It's why I not once made an attempt to make my paper
perfect - I embrace my typos! - or even make it sound lawyerly. I may
be one person but look at what one lone person can do: Defeat the entire unjust
sitting US federal government and then the unjust sitting governments across the
planet. I think they might need to see my paper and I know I do as
every once in a while? I'll forget I made a specific scientific
discovery as it was so long ago. Who'd have thought you could forget your
own discovery???

What debate? Basically I rewrote the last petition as if I
had my way all I would write under statement of case is "THE PEOPLE IS
THE LAWFUL, CONSTITUTIONALLY SET GOVERNMENT OF THE US". The 1871 incorporation?
That's paper only, paper the sitting officers defaulted upon.If I write
only that one sentence they say, "insufficient fact" and "no arguable basis in
the law". They do not understand: The People are the fact and
law!!! US history is the fact and law - our law is the fact itself - and who
lives out thus creates US history? LIVING PEOPLE!!! They claim they don't
understand but go read the DOJ website as it says it plain as day as it's banner
reads: All law arises from the will of The People. The DOJ believes
that means they make it up as they go along. I keep telling them No, that means
the law reveals itself when the will of The People matches the will of The
Creator as you're supposed to be willing to uphold, enforce and obey the
law, as your motivation and intention is to be righteous thus match God's
as liberty and justice IS unconditional love. As life is proof then
what is actual law not theory becomes self-evident!!!
Talking to the DOJ? It's like talking to a
corpse.
