subject Joint Chiefs

I just got off the phone with the Joint Chiefs:

Mullen is out of the country; the person who answered did not sound surprised at all to hear me calling and said, "Ma'am, he 's out of the country." Well, that's an actual reason as Mullen has to see the attachments and the incontrovertible proof - the SCOTUS docket -and then reason and weigh the evidence and proof to know I'm legal and constitutional, that I did correctly exhaust the process and correctly ascend chain of command thus as SCOTUS caused this by ruling wrongly in BVG, standing aside on 11/20/08 and then defaulting then power and authoirty is 'transferred' to the military thus we can now intervene militarily.This has neverhappened before in world history as it can't in any other nation so he has to go over everything thoroughly as the military may never, ever fire on its own citizens UNLESS it is smethign like an invasion or a coup so if the military acts it must be certain it's all above board, that every i is dotted and T is crossed as what if it acts and is then forced to fire on a citizen?

I know how difficult it is going to be to make this happen but as I now have a small window as Mullen will return on the 29th there are two other avenues I can pursue in the meantime to then cover my - our - bases. I truly believe I have to pursue these options as both asked me to return when I had that docket thus my case could not be doubted. It took three years to get it but I did and back then? Nobody at all thought it was even possible let alone possible five times over. Every single person I encountered said I would NEVER get on that case conference list even once and most of them said filing and docketing was not within my power. Power? I might not have a no good, crooked, meaningless vote but none of us do however I have oodles of moral authority and unique knowledge re the EP & DP clauses which constitutes actual power so I said: I can't say when only that I will; I'll be coming back for you at some point.

So then: In the 7 days I have I will close what might be loopholes (the 29th is a Sunday so I won't contact Mullen until the 30th, my son's birthday, so that is good evidence for the military; it's a clue).

For those of you who have faith do not be discouraged as they weren't stunned to hear me announce myself as the authority, I purposely did not look up any of Mullen's facts to avoid creating a conflict and as nothing is a coincindence as that does not exist in this universe thus there's reasoning we missed each other and so I have seven 'extra' days: I'm supposed to do those two exact things I know to do. When this happens in life you're supposed to reason, "Oh, the Creator means for me to do these two things" not reason "It's impossible" , "They hate women thus won't ever speak to me" or "The military will never act; it's stupid and afraid". You may not go to those places until or unless Mike Mullen himself says it to your face, even if it is over a phone.

Don't forget: I have no idea when he left the country so we can assume he hasn't seen the case yet and I did not want or need to speak to anyone else nor would I as only the Chairman can tell me what the US military is or is not willing to do as in if it is willing obey the The People aka The Constitution.

I will be stunned if the US military informs me that it wants to harm itself premanently by overthrowing The Declaration and Constitution in favor of criminals. I'm going to send the Office another letter restating the call and setting up a new time on the 30th and I will then send the same package I sent to Mullen to the other Chiefs as although I never meant to speak to any of them before Mullen the only reason I did not serve all of them is: My pitiful resources. I can't and may not accept donations of money as then I'd have no moral authority as I know our money is unconstitutional, criminal and actually foreign. So if resources are low or even nonexsitent? I have to pick and choose where they will go but 7 days should be enough time to secure the number of copies I will need.

This last notice? A record for a single notice as it cost over ten dollars to mail first class so you can guess how heavy it is, lol. That's why my last attachment is a photo of Earth from space - as I put all of human history and then all of Earth's history as well as the universe's on the table by including the proven science but with the correct scientific reasoning and the Founder's intentions as all they did was rip off the historical record of Earth - what worked - and so as paper is expensive and even postage is now tribute plus nasty lawyers will attemptot claim I 'forgot' to include something I then said: Here, I just placed the entire historical record of the universe on the table as we all know this is going to the case conference list so I did not forget to inlcude anything; the entire universe is now a part of the court record.

P.S. Someday I will tell you exactly what I snuck into the court record within SCOTUS in such a way they concurred thus upheld it as fact and law aka truth. It has to do with Roberts, God, religion, reality, Jefferson, Tesla, sea turtles, a coral castle, Augustine of Hippo, pyschiatry and "ghosts". Sounds funny, huh? It is funny, very funny, but it has to with our humanity as in faith and reason aka emotion and reason - liberty - as humans are liberated by their very natures...it's inborn as we come into the world liberated - we are actually created this way - and so somebody or something then has to "steal" it from us. I named two culprits: Sloth and propaganda. Who cares if a minister, a doctor, a journalist, a pyschic, a physicist, a patent clerk, a teacher or a foreign potentate is doing it? as propaganda is always propaganda. It's not a boogeyman or even a group of boogeymen; it's not supernature; it's nature - human nature. WHO told this "government" or you that we WEREN'T born sovereign??? That liberty isn't our commonly shared founding emotion and reason??? That we could not make our own decisions for our own lives??? That it's impossible to defeat this regime??? If it's the truth anybody can know it thus own it as you can't possibly keep the truth a secret forever no matter what you do to suppress it. Somebody like us is always going to blow the whistle. An actual secret in this universe? I've been looking for 40 years and haven't found one yet, as even when man fails to act as Eve did the universe eventually coughs it up if you pay attention. The Injustice League truly believes the Court's case conferences are a secret? Nope! It's a given or so obvious no person can cast doubt upon it thus the Founders did not write it down: Where there's a human willing? There's a way. It seems to be supernatural but it's not.

I'm with you but have a couple thoughts.

Can you accept silver or gold as valid gifts?

I'm concerned that this information is going to all ears as easy as it goes to ours. Does it matter that big brother is able to read theses emails?
