I already issued an Executive Order for the military to act. If they do not? Easy, as all the People have to do is march on DC and so retake it in spirit as the military will not fire on the citizens in this case although they may ask me (us) to prove that a volunteer army, The People, will support their actions to remove these clowns and with lethal force if necessary thus may want the citizens to show up so they can then justify any action. And so that Congress understands exactly who the boss is, me and you not them. This is why the willingness to use force is not the same thing as actually using it. The military may need to be assured that you are willing as your actions not your words are the proof of you and whether or not you're constitutional.

I was promised 3 to 5 million people could and would move on my say so. This number was confirmed but not by me. Do we actually have 3 to 5 million? If we needed to move before Christmas how many would? I tried to tell the local TeaPartyers that their party ended, on 11/09/09, literally, but they are still denying the math: Unless they can empty the offices known as SCOTUS Justices and clerks in 2010 they are wasting their energy as it has been made impossible UNLESS you are willing to use force and as we never elected SCOTUS to begin with and do not now nor did we include it within our original documents. Well, if you don't elect them or you can't impeach them and they will not create the venue to adjudicate the injury they have caused then all that's left is force. Duh.

Ideally all we do is take out SCOTUS as Obama was never legal and still is not and as SCOTUS made their own persons enemy #1. Take out SCOTUS and the crooks are w/o any defense as they have been hiding behind SCOTUS and using it against us. Now they are hiding behind SCOTUS' failure to act, the only thing you may never do according to Marbury, lol.

Every Executive Order I ever issued is valid, legal and binding. I'm trusting the military will obey the Constitution.
