Susan,
The Continental Congress is finishing up this weekend and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to see what that outcome is and maybe help each other in our endeavors?
I know they are going to recommend withholding taxes or something to that effect and other things, maybe we can take the capitol together.
As far as the ghost writer I'm up for anything but am out of town this weekend a won't be able to do anything until the first of the week.
Just some ideas,

I told Susan I'd have a look at it tomorrow morning. If I can understand it enough to simplify it I'll let her know.
I'm really curious about the CC2009 outcome myself. Regardless of which path is followed, some MAJOR changes are coming very soon. Just wish I had more details. We'll know soon enough!

I'm more than willing to work with them BUT: It's like I told John Cobb - how can you convene a legal Congress w/o your constitutionally set President? Until or unless they acknowledge my authority they carry no weight, lol. You just can't willy nilly issue decisions like this w/o a constitutionally set President as it circumvents the citizens rights of due process and informed consent; only I secured informed consent via the SCOTUS docket & case confining list. My biggest issue with them is: They can't reason the law correctly if they do not possess the human ability and only I possess the ability to reason it fully, to all humans equally, as I NEVER WROTE IT ALL DOWN. I had to protect the knowledge by keeping it from the usurpers as they could use it against you.
Hopefully they will accidentally by design be correct with the 'decision' even if the logic is already fatally flawed, lol. If they invited me and recognized my lawsuit and so my authority? It would no longer be a question as to IF the military will act; it would happen ASAP.
I'm all for them but not if some guy with an ego problem is of the notion he can and will 'steal' the office from under me via denying me due process and equality or if some guy actually believes he can and will give birth thus know WOMAN as a fact, an absolute fact. Ready? Their first mistake is a huge one:
To have any legal standing? With the People let alone the paper? They first have to claim and prove WHY Obama is not legal, why Congress is not legal and why SCOTUS is not legal and then why they are constitutional - they have to acknowledge who is legal!!! Constitutionally set, get it? That's how you abolish the old form!!! Via due process by exhausting the process. Any old person can't just announce they are it or they possess the authority under US law as your ACTION to exhaust the process is the proof of you have the authority to act under the US. THE reason they have never been able to get anything done is they never fulfilled this part of due process - SCOTUS - as I'm the first to do it.
While huge it is not insurmountable - if they ever get around to issuing the Declaration re me thus abolishing the old form and so securing legal, informed consent as that consent is transferred upon them by me via me; it's recirprocal. We make each other legal and so they then ARE constitutionally set. Somebody - not John or Kurt - told me an exact person does not personally like the idea he is not me and that he wants to be me, maybe at all costs.
I do not know if this is the truth; all I do know is not one person invited me to be there and I had no idea it was even being held right now until John Cobb told me - as I accidentally dialed his number. This might sound bad but: As these people do not have the benefit of the intellectual property I have withheld? They can't do what they need to do and aren't safe; everything they do is unconstitutional and circumspect. It's like trading seats on a plane flight that's going to crash, lol. Same numbers in, same numbers out.
It's unique things about me that are the difference.
What are these people gonna do if I wait? It's my life at stake here - in immediate danger and my kids who are now being abused - not theirs. If they knew the law or the correct application and were willing? If they understood or even 'believed' my case? I would have been there. Not one of these people has the power or the authority to call out the military or tell the People to do anything, legally advuse them, but I do as you must cover the space left between Art. 4 Sec. 4 and the People, or, Executive and lone citizen. It's only one person not a group as that is our law: The Declaration is the group; the Constitution is the lone person. So they aren't our law and I'm not ever giving my power and authority away to that as that's what I have now, people truly believing and so acting as if they are the law when they aren't as they do not fulfill the terms.
Take taxes: Unless you announce or declare, proclaim, another person is the legal, constitutionally set President? Until you take a vote of the Congress and so acknowledge me? As I'm the only person who brings forth the proof? Who did fulfill every word of US law including US case law thus did fulfill the oath of office when all others failed? You have no constitutional government thus have no reason or cause to stop paying the old, illegal leader. It's why you can't convince anybody to do it, lol. All you've done is create another oligarchy and so more chaos. Some of the very people who injured me thus all women and children so this entire nation, men with unclean hands, are still w/o clean hands. It's a conflict they have to overcome or they aren't ever constitutional.
I can't put off this meeting but even if I could? I would not as they have shown me a lack of common sense in addition to reasoning skills. I'm willing to join with them but first they have to join me and if it is an ego problem then I need to worry about it. And if anything they do then causes me more harm? I'll go after them as nobody is above the law and ignorance is never an excuse!
If they have not bothered to talk to me by now, what in the world am I waiting on??? They have nothing I do not already know to tell me. They have no power or authority I need as they aren't willing to acknolwedge me so have no actual power and actual authority to lend me. I can't reason it, lol. It's unreasonable. I'm with John Adams on this one - They unconstitutionally gagged me too!
Only w/o a vote so I had no say in it!!!
That is the correct point of law only they are now doing it to me.

Tim -
To abolish an old form you first need a new one...you need to nullify or abolish SCOTUS not only Obama or an amendment like 16 or 17. It's about due process as in something about the process no longer works. It's why there's a flaw in the Continental Congress' process: If man leads it then it is unconstitutional. SCOTUS has that problem and one other: Unjust privileges as their rules allow them to harm us with impunity and w/o any recourse. It's why kept referring it as my Dear john Letter as The People and SCOTUS are ending this abusive relationship. I have to do this - in person.
And: My first meeting is the initial contact in person. I still have to get past the red tape; I still have to stand down the people I encounter between me and Mullen to then vet myself . but this call is the most important as no matter what happens I'll know what we're up against.
I set this call up via snail mail. It's how I got to the Navy and JAG so it should work again and if the person who opens the mail knows the law.
BTW: 1st of the week is fine.

You are absolutely right on this one[I know you already knew.] The CC2009 is in the process of breaking up over some agenda Bob Shultz has that when people started to find out they started to jump ship.
I'm with you on this one, I don't have a lot of support behind me but neither did David when he went up against Goliath.
Let's make it work.

We will. I'm getting together with two people today to talk about HOW to do this as I can and will slaughter SCOTUS and Obama and then ANY sitting officer in a court. It might have taken 13 years but I can't express how important it is to have created that SCOTUS docket as it's incontrovertible proof, lol. In my case? The Justices knew or should have known about BVG thus Obama but yet still acted to swear him in and grant him blanket immunity; they violated US v Nixon in my case in favor of their own persons as if they have some sort of magic immunity. It becomes a point of law then to not recognize me as that case conference list is informed consent and as to do les is to violate due process. We must must must correct the fatal flaw SCOTUS inserted within our nation as now it is invoking British rule over US law not even American court rule but British court rule. It's how they injure women and children and now adult men.
Hey Tim: Can and may you ascend to the throne via due process? Can you impeach royalty or do you go to war and so behead a king? Call me crazy but how and why then is SCOTUS telling me I must ask for a Writ that does not even exist as according to their own British rule and British common law, and according to their own overblown ideas of their own selves as Justices and clerks of SCOTUS, you CAN'T remove a king or Justice via due process??? I mean, if what you're invoking as inviolate law of this universe is that you CAN'T, it is not a human ability you have according to nature, that nature gave Justices something it did not give you, thus nature makes it impossible or so they claim as their claim is SCOTUS is not guilty thus is a king, then how do you do abolish a Justice other than war? Seriously, as if it's wholly British it isn't in our law so we wouldn't have such a writ; it is impossible by the very nature of The Constitution and our founders intentions but not by the nature of modern man as the men in question, Roberts and his clerks, do not match those documents but what is British. SCOTUS kept ordering me to act like a royal subject instead of an American citizen...I kept saying, "This subject is US history NOT British history - the writ thus the process does not exist yet and will not until I shatter you thus creating it - as I'm natural born not naturalized, not even via title or privilege" but they did not get it, lol.
I just turned a guy around 180 degrees which explains the meeting today.
I'll let you know what happens; what we come up with besides what we have now. The third guy is Rodney Class, the man who won the exact same default that I won against SCOTUS as his judge too issued a denial and dismissal after no person responded. Rod won against Holder; he did not know the US already defaulted on 11/05/08 in my case thus he won a while ago, lol. 11/05/08 with his ruling like my own is a nuclear bomb we can drop. The military does not know about 11/05/08 as I never told it as I needed to wait until SCOTUS actually targeted enlisted service members. On 11/05/08? The US, Corp US, surrendered to me in the face of my math, other science and legal reasoning only 99.9999999% of Americans do not know it or 'believe' it; they do not know what their own eyes are seeing when they read the docket, if they read it! Default is; you are never out of it unless you hear the case, lol, thus dissolving the old form and instituting a new form.
We are going to discuss how to most effectively detonate this baby as I know all the elements necessary to produce a nuclear chain reaction aka a nuclear chain of causation. See why I never wrote it down? Corp. US does not know all of the necessary elements.
We can't lose in the end as that is actual nature. That is an actual physical law of this universe. Getting the military to act will be tough but it's not the toughest thing I ever did; if I can move SCOTUS I can and will move the military - at some point.

P.S. I jettisoned about half of my answer. I took out all of the '"I hate you and I will be happy to see you die" ' s. LOLOLOL! I said i'd feed the pieces of them to the animals in the National Zoo as that's all that would be left - pieces - if The People got to them before the US military does. I wanted to leave that in but I took it out. This is why I'm so effective in person, as I let it all hang out on paper.
