subject George W. Bush Executive Orders Disposition Tables

Phil:

I'm printing out the entire index of Bush's Executive Orders as every one is null and void. I'm doing the same for Obama. It's automatically void if you know. I'll go through them though and pick out especially heinous garbage to highlight. My toughest job is getting the citizens to act as they do not understand you need nobody's permission as you are the government and are the law thus your own authority. People say they believe in the Constitution but they do not or they'd print out the docket with my name on it, write VOID across their tax forms along with zero in the dollar amount (or better yet send the IRS a bill, a past due bill as that's the award you awarded yourself as I left it up to you) and mail it to the IRS. They'd also write "I know as fact and law Obama is not the legal office holder as he signed 511 thereby disqualifying himself but Susan Herbert is as her name is on this docket as both victim and counsel thus you have no legal capacity to act until or unless you recognize her thus The People as the constituionally set government" and mail it to Congress and/or a federal judge as that then is your commission as you just commissioned yourself. The only reason any of this harms us is that The People believe in it, not their own person, thus empower it. They act to obey it thus fulfill it. All The People have to do is defy this crap. Of course they might feel fear but that goes away after you do it.

Thank god I lied to a priest during my first confession at age 8 as you couldn't convince me that I was guilty of a sin as that gave me lots of practice. By age 8 and 1/2 my parents were getting phone calls: Susan refuses to obey me. My parents would ask, "What did you do?"

Maybe I should levy a tax of 2 cents so you can all then argue you paid your due, just taxes to the legal, constitutionally set government. I might do that as: It's funny , it's wholly American and until we institute a new method of placing persons on the ballot? We are going to use the federal courts as for remedy and relief for the violation of your right of redress I told the court that people can bring federal cases forward like I did thus proving ability and vesting their place on the ballot as if a jury decides the award? You can decide if the citizen earned a place on the ballot as a second, separate question thus the balot is totally in control of The People. It also gives us time to evaluate new plans and if we implement one that has negativre effects we can always fall back om the federal courts thus it is failsafe too. It's why I'm urging all of you to seek third party standing or merely mail your commission into Judge Bennett - so that you stake your claim now as then you meet the strictest standard: Your action proves you are natural born as only a natural born citizen can do this using only their one vote; only a natural born citizen can and may claim the commission known as the Declaration and Constitution. If you write it out and you sign it then it's accepted as fact thus law, unless you then do sonethign like sign 511 which causes us to possess reasonable doubt as to your natural birth claim as no actual natural born citizen volunteers to overthrow the Constitution. It accords you the most moral authority and so if you ever need it you can then pull rank. Legally it makes you a veteran of a foreign war, the only foreign war fought on US soil as your taxes and your labor now support China via PACS, privateers making treaties with the Communist Party to then be able to operate in China and as China owns $750 trillion in US debt. Basically you funded China's economic growth which caused China to then need oil and so us to compete for it in Iraq. WE FUNDED A WAR AGAINST OUR OWN SELVES. But if you're a Constitutionalist then you aren't aiding and abetting China and you're not making war on the US - The People - so you'd be a veteran if you claim your commision. You restore the original Constitution by restoring yourself to the Constitution as you defaulted first in 2000 and as for this to work you need the Executive to be held by an ethical person and then at least one, lone, ethical voter to then complete the liberty circuit. Only then is justice realized.

If you know anyone who's interested all they have to do is write a sentence on a piece of paper and mail it in as once it is in the custody of the post office? A uniformed federal officer has it and as he's charged with the duty to deliver paper commissions then its good as soon as they accept it. You pay to have it delivered so it's an honor bound contract. A few times over. You never know when you'll hit your stride (or get very, very angry) and so want a federal position that's always been controlled by the undue influences. Or want to call yourself a war veteran, as this may be your one chance to fight, to throw yourself into the breach exactly like Hamilton thus truly vest your interest.

You'll laugh: My proof that Bush did not do any of this - it's not his work as he has zero ability as he never argued his own case thus BVG is a crime: These orders and every signing statement that came out of his office as if you read them then you know George Bush Jr. did not produce any of this, lol. They had whole teams of organized-lawyer-mobsters craft this. I'm using all of their own words against them as it's like having them all sign confessions. Trust me, there's zero discovery necessary, none whatsoever, as they already entered their plea then attached their John Hancock and if they didn't? Tone and phrasing as it's obvious who the actual author is. And we all know where the original documents are so it's not as if we need to send out search and rescue teams to locate them. I am the search and rescue team!

If I ever get Bush inside a court I'll ask him to reason a sentence or two pulled from those orders and statements, I'll read it or hand it to him and ask him to tell us where and how he ever came to have that idea. I'll ask: Can you tell me where you found that in one of the two governing documents? I believe he'd play along and give us a show as the least he owes us is peer review! What's one more day clowning around on our dime if you did it for 8 years? Do you know how much fun I could have with Bush Jr. testifying in a case that seeks to disarm China's nuclear threat with physics? If I go to that part of the case I can make him say "nuclear" over and over and over. At home you can play a drinking game as you'll have warning: Every time Bush Jr. says "Nu-uk-clar" you have to drink a shot. You'll know what I'm about to do but your friends won't. You'll be drinking the 150 proof stuff as your friends voted for this guy twice!

Don't you want to claim your commission so you can ask Cheney a question? Any citizen who claims their commission may then question any party that is compelled to answer as that person has no authority under the US, The People, and you've met the strictest burden of proof standard. Once I advertised if you met me at the library you could fire your least favorite politician as I'd help you do it in five pages or less and once I wrote out peer reviews for each Justice and mailed them in; I wrote them up as if a Fortune 500 Company issued them. Some of the things I named? The Justices (or the clerks if they withheld them from the Justices) had to wonder if I rifled through their personal papers and desk drawers as some of it it is seemingly unknowable, personal information. Nope as Justices are prone to be windbags who write too much, way too much. They emote all over. One produced a 26 page apology. In person as we'll meet someday even if it's only to fire them I'll say: "I wrote a letter to this guy, Phil. In it I called you windbags. I just wanted you to know the truth."
