Anything I write you can and may publish. If I send it to you and ask you not to reveal something in it I do not mean forever but only as it's of a time sensitive nature. For instance: If I'm suing on behalf of the Sioux I truly believe I need to make an attempt to inform them first before it is made public. But after I do? It's in the public domain. If I write it then I'm willing to stand by it so go ahead - publish away. LOL! I put my entire life on the court record.

I attached what is the version of the suit I mailed in to Sioux City. You can post this too. This suit is not so serious as it is meant to preserve standing thus I wrote anything down just to enter it for the sake of entering it. You should see the first version which I published, lol: I asked, "So, are you Paul Zoss, the federal agent I must shoot to then secure a trial of my peers thus adjudicating the commission ?" The version I mailed still sounds like this. Of everything I ever entered? It's the least professional sounding and that's saying something from me.

Here is the body of a letter I just sent to my Secretary of Defense. You can publish this but remove his name as there's a constitutional reason to keep it secret: He's one of my weapons against China as his intellectual property will prevent them from threatening us with other weapons and the US government has been after him for years for his property but he will not give the technology to them but only the benefit as once you give up the technology? Anybody can then secure it thus you no longer have the advantage. Like me as long as only he knows or only he and I know then it is secure and so advantageous only to us.

I looked up Chester Arthur: A case of being not qualified to hold office but then becoming naturally born when fate thrust something upon him. You may not isolate his one action to salute the British flag to then negate the rest of his life. Oh, his facts? All of them are my own except a foreign born father as he's from Vermont. My father's family is from Vermont; my grandparents are buried in Fair Haven. Arthur's mother's maiden name is: STONE! Arthur did not meet the letter of the law (I do not know if we had case law by then) but he then did come to meet the spirit of the law as he broke all ties with his old cronies; he acted to reform the process so that nobody could then claim he was a 'bad' President not even his worst detractors. Obama meets neither the letter or the spirit of the law nor did Bush or Gore and they, Bush and Gore, supposedly 'qualified'.

BTW: I truly did have a 1st person encounter with the Creator. I never succumbed to the false separation most humans do so I've always had a direct line to him - it - only I never knew others did not as they truly believed that separation is reality when it isn't. In Eden? A false sense of guilt was inserted in mankind as we created that emotional reasoning; Eden was the very first act of domestic violence only we did it to ourselves as we did not believe our 'parent' did indeed love us unconditionally so would forgive us. If Adam and Eve did a better job representing themselves and so admitted fault not guilt? As in "We did it"? Humanity wouldn't have been cast out of Eden; we would not be subject to childbirth and work and so death. It is a catch-22 as ignorance is no excuse but sometimes it is an actual reason, lol. What was surprising about meeting my maker? The Creator announced he was leaving! After the Creator revealed what was exactly 'wrong' in America, the illness The People have, and I reflected back that I understood it - I was asked to say what I had seen to then prove I owned the knowledge of it correctly - the Creator announced it was leaving! I said, Hey! You never do that in all of the stories! It was funny but it was sad too. I asked "Will I ever have a 1st person experience of you again in this life?" The Creator asked me, "What do you know, Susan?" I said, "I know I will not ever have another experience like this of you in this life but that all I have to do is what I have always done - depend upon and rely upon you whenever I exhaust my human resources and like always you'll help me." The Creator said Yes. The Creator had shown me how arduous and how very long this journey would be, as if I was going to have scale whole mountain ranges and cross whole deserts alone and it was. But right when the Creator was about to leave? Right before I escaped death? I was reminded by something in the physical world of how my life had been as if a hurricane entered the room whenever I entered a room. So I said, "If I change my name to hurricane, will you still know me in heaven?" It was a joke but one the Creator would know as an endearment with "heaven" being the life I know exists outside or beyond this one as we are all infinite and so physicist Hugh Everett is correct about the nature of physical reality. The Creator said, "What do you think Susan?" I answered, "You would know me, I Susan, by any name." The Creator said Yes again and laughed as it liked my joke and so told me one right back by asking what I thought instead of what I know as in "I think therefore I am". You know, constitutional I am statements? My Secretary of Defense is like me - he knows the Creator is actual reality. It is lost on us: If you truly believe the love the Creator has for you is unconditional - there's terms not changing conditions - then why would you ever be afraid to meet the Creator? It does not judge you as it is about justice. I kid you not: I was told "Not accountable, not responsible and not guilty" as in I can and should start casting some stones at lawyers. What did I do differently?

What's lost on humanity, that's what: Once you know you harmed a person even if it was sheer accident as in you never intended it and you never even thought your action might cause harm? Or even if the person you harmed is only confused thus truly believes they were harmed when they actually weren't, at least not by you? I paid my dues then, I paid up then, instead of letting interest on the loan - my life - accrue. I knew: Everything we are and everything we have is a gift from The Creator; it's all on loan and so he's the only banker that counts in life. You're accountable only to yourself thus him in the end. Forgiveness is his to give you not another person's to give. Nobody else can ever forgive you. All my experience of meeting the Creator did was confirm what I always knew to be true - it gave me hardcore physical proof as I felt enlightenment and the Christos - thus it was not one of those spectacular visions you read about but was very, very quiet. The spectacular vision I had?

The doctor screaming in my face: Why aren't you dead??? You should be dead!!! Why aren't you dead???! Lolollolol! I scared him senseless as he gave up on me and was about to pronounce me thus he realized he almost made the biggest mistake of his career as he, the damn doctor, almost killed me by giving up all hope too soon and when you never give up hope. The truth? He did not do all he could have as he never saw anyone come back from where I was and as his teachers told him it was not possible. Some things you only learn via life experience so he'll never do that again, ever.

The letter (remove the name "X" every time you see it, it's within the letter at least once I think, as I'm gonna spring X on them exactly like Perry Mason, lol):


To X:



I’m letting you know that I expect SCOTUS to deny us a hearing once again. The clerks backed themselves into a corner from which they can’t escape so I have zero expectation they’ll suddenly obey the law thus I truly believe no Justice ever saw the actual petitions. In an authority case? no clerk is to interfere as only a Justice and/or The People may adjudicate it thus no clerk is to be summarizing it as they are not qualified. Even their own case law, Zinerman, says so. At this point? The clerks would have to admit violating every clause and then all of US case law.



I had to go back a third time to then address that last bit of Marbury – adjudicating the commission if it is a part of your defense as the withholding of it becomes the violation of the right to then force delivery of the actual paper. As I accessed SCOTUS directly and received direct action no mater who did it? I fully vested my right to appear in person so denying us then becomes the violation of he right. Once they refuse to adjudicate the commission – either the two governing documents and/or that paper ruling for me that they withheld – I may then go to world court.



World court has tons of advantages and as I’ll be the very first person in the US ever to be denied any appearance in a federal court when our case is airtight then I may use the world court to recognize The People led by me as the lawful government thus ‘dethroning’ Obama and the illegally sitting officers all of whom never left default and some of whom then committed crimes in order to silence us. The only other American ever to go to world court went with a faulty case; if she represented herself she might have won. Her lawyer is a man and he wholly missed the point of law: He argued the wrong property interest. As the US singed the American Declaration I invoke that and:



What possible response will the US, the sitting officers, have in our case? How will they ever explain away never responding and then allowing 511 to be passed and approved by the House Judiciary Committee? How will they ever explain away the police, FBI and Marshals not acting in my case when they had exacting details of crimes and routinely act on much less? How will the US ever reason sending women and their children – enlisted service members – to their deaths w/o reason or cause? I very carefully planned for this knowing I might have to go to world court as only I can use that court to secure our sovereignty.



To that end I filed in Sioux City over again as now I may accept help from a lawyer. I had to prove I could fulfill the oath of office on my own. Now that I did? I can recruit an attorney as I’ll still be pro se but that attorney will be assigned to protect the class – The People – as the legal assumption is a pro se litigant might not be able to defend themselves against....court rules, lol. Thus the lawyer is basically a guard but is not the counsel of record but more like co-counsel. By filing in Sioux City again to address the mistake the court clerk made I extended our time to file as you have six months from the date you exhaust the system to then file in world court. It’s easier than SCOTUS but I’m giving us that extra time regardless. Also: If I find an attorney or activist group that will help by garnering publicity thus pressuring the politicians if nothing else then we still have the option of going back to SCOTUS upon an emergency basis as people are actually dying. That’s why I had to have the Sioux City filing in before SCOTUS makes its decision public today, as it gives us two options.



LOL! Somebody said, “Susan, your name appears in the last three years for every year. Hasn’t any lawyer noticed?” No, and you’d think somebody would, wouldn’t you? They miss it or when informed they deny it as in ‘she must not have a case’ as the documents aren’t available to them. Who knows? Maybe four times will be the charm but I’m pretty certain I can secure legal assistance now as I did everything they claim is not supposed to be possible in the US.



Duh: It’s all possible but it’s all especially possible if Article 4 Section 4 is violated the Republic fell.



BTW: you realize I’m teasing the federal judiciary with the “I’m the smartest person alive” claim, don’t you? They truly believe in those arbitrary lists and arbitrary pieces of paper as if paper like a law license proves ability and so do the citizens. I once looked up a list of the most influential humans on Earth. Jesus is number 3. The reasoning makes perfect sense. So I said, “Jesus, I’m bumping you to number 4” and people went nuts. “You’re so full of yourself,” they said. I’m like “Thank god one of us is”. X:



Now a person can’t be smarter and/or more influential that a dead piece of paper??? A person has to have an idea and then write it down on the paper. What did I say in my brief? “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” is the most lethal idea ever put on a piece of paper. If you mean to slaughter injustice in all of its forms all you have to do is introduce this idea to a person or group of people. Once they own it? The dead institutions around them have no chance. This is actually the mistake citizens who are black made as they never claimed it as it was given to them via emancipation and now via criminal activity. They became their own victimizers as they confused emancipation with liberty and as they do not know they – black men – only came to have actual legal power and actual protection of the constitution at Thurgood Marshall’s appointment to Chief Justice.



People do not understand how very arbitrary outside approval is no matter how popularly accepted is it or isn’t. You know, “In matters of style swim like a fish but in matters of principle stand like a rock”. They read a list of the planets greatest intellectuals and they truly believe it even though you, me and my friends Tommy and Bruce are not on it. WHO made up that list as a person created it? What if HE never met me? What if HE is racist, sexist and is a religious fanatic?



Take our lawsuit: somebody had to author it. And somebody has to author all of Obama’s responses to such suits so if Bob Bauer suddenly decides to maintain radio silence re my case thus violating a pattern he established as he always and forever sends cease and desist letters but never to me? He must then know I won and he must know Obama can’t defend himself in a court of law and he must realize if he acknowledges me in any way he is acknowledging that he does know and always did know Obaam is not qualified. What, Bauer never read 511? I’m trying to turn things on their heads so people will think differently about them self, Obama and me for some pieces of paper like lawsuits are not arbitrary as you are claiming power and authority – sovereignty – to then act. There’s no “Who’s the smartest and/or most influential law” but there is “who’s the legal authority law” and “who’s committing a crime law”. In the US? There’s an “action proves ownership of the knowledge law” so that if Bauer ever acts to acknowledges I exist? He goes to prison and maybe to the hangman’s noose.



This intellectual outsmarted him by filing as an authority case as in all authority cases? The named parties MUST by law respond. You can ignore every other SCOTUS filing but not authority filings. You then do not have the choice to pretend we don’t exist and neither does the written Constitution.



I’m contacting a group who might assist us and I’m starting the filing for world court. As I said, it seems to be easier than filing in SCOTUS but I guess I’ll find out if that’s true.

P.S. I ripped someone a new one: A person told me that money was the root of all evil and they would not raise that $455. I said that if 5 million people between them could not raise $455 nor could this one person that they had a brand new problem to deal with: If you know money has no value then you have zero actual reason not to raise it. The People changed the condition once I did what they said would be proof so that now I’m obligated to do it twice to establish a pattern and to demonstrate that The People ARE one of my points of law as in they know but are guilty as sin of participating regardless. What? You can’t raise a possess and go get my kids but you can pick up arms and shoot? Liars. If you are gonna make me do this twice to then prove to you that you are my problem? Fine but when you ask me to suffer things you would not in ten million years then all deals are off. I told this person: You know what? My contract with the Creator does not stipulate that I have to do this here. Any person can renegotiate that contract if exposed to severe, extreme suffering imposed by others, as God does not do that to humans. NOTHING was ever said about me doing this from within the US and I certainly did not think to name it. You want Ron Paul so badly? You want to throw your money at him and then tell me that I’m horrible for telling you to invest in your own court case by raising $455 measly bucks? I’ll give you Paul and then I’ll walk away and watch you live to regret the worst decision you ever made. I have news for you: If this is how you truly feel after all of the garbage you shoveled my way? When I win I’ll stop by the Whitehouse long enough to set it on fire before I catch the next plane out. If I go before a world court? Guess what I’m asking for? I’ll give you a clue: It accords you the award you deserve - yourself and each other – while according me a one way ticket out of here and into a willing nation of People so I can liberate it as their leader thus reversing the process; it allows me to export liberty and our form of government as the Founders envisioned. Think I won’t do it? Watch me wash my hands of the US as I would not have said this six months ago but today? I truly believe: You people seem to be a lost cause. Go ahead: pay Paul and pay the IRS. Let’s find out what the IRS does for you – to you - once I’m gone. Whatever made you reason and decide Susan can and will suffer assaults you would never, ever dream of suffering for one single second of your sorry life? I’m sorry too: Sorry, but I never signed up for that. I WON’T defend hypocrites and cowards. I mean it X. These days I find myself tired and bored. I have never, ever been so tempted to dump this case and my knowledge? The Creator told me in May of 2007 when I was struck down like Paul on the road to Damascus (only I asked for it as I asked The Creator a question): If I do not make this case it will never be made. It’s not a matter of another person making it as it is me or nobody thus if I do not? The US will suffer physical destruction exactly like Rome and I even know how: The Yellowstone caldera will blow instead of the Italian volcano. That’s what will ‘rock the Earth’ on its axis and turn the skies red and dark. So it is here or Italy depending on my actions as my actions then determine The People’s actions that then affect or is a law of this universe, something scientific, I finally managed to define. Right now Rome has no people worth ‘saving’ - rescuing – as The Vatican City, an independent nation, is an all male government so no new babies are born there. But they do have some artwork I like. The one and only masterpiece we ever produced? It goes with me wherever I go as its written across my heart. LOL! I told Sioux City: I’m the product of the Founders living experiment. I’m the proof. I’m what was produced after tinkering with the process and fine-tuning the form over the last 200 plus years. I’m the ‘created’ man our law produced, as if the Founders followed the instructions in the Jewish kabala thus breathed life into a lump of clay, exactly as if they are gods with the power to create and destroy energy. Scary, huh? Nope: Scary exciting!
