subject Are you too smarter than a piece of paper?

You must be at least as smart as both the Declaration and Constitution put together or you wouldn't know me. I thought I had those pieces of paper beat over the word "men" but I didn't due to a language trick so it's a tie. If you're as smart as those two pieces of paper then you know everything in the whole universe as that's the knowledge contained within those two pieces of papers. You just don't own it yet. Once you do? You are the extraordinary circumstance the courts must consider. Part of a letter I sent to somebody who is attached to the suit; are they smarter than an ordinary piece of paper I enter to a court? I'm banking on the fact that federal judges aren't and world judges aren't nor is all of Europe [I might be taking up a collection among you guys if this person can't get anywhere so you are forewarned]:

Can you ask The People - whoever you know - if they can donate $455 in order to pay the tribute – the fee - the federal court asks for?



I’m going to file the case in Sioux City over again as now I have one of their own judges, a man, who violated the law. I meant to do that. The mistake the filing clerk made worked in our favor double time then. I do not expect the court to hear us, which is good in this case. Here’s why:



For a few years I have been planning upon having to use the world court once I found out it is located in DC. As it convenes in DC that changes everything for me. I've been in contact with them. Of all Americans ever I can and may do this as remember, The People have been denied any appearance in person over Obama and if a lawyer like Taitz does get one? It’s still not The People as what you have is lawyers protecting lawyers as isn’t the judge a lawyer? And as lawyers did this to us via Bush V Gore as only they have been allowed entry in person to the SCOTUS bar and the removal of the missing 13th benefitted them at our expense then a lawyer then can’t make the case. They can never ocercome the conflict ever. Even if a lawyer secures a judgment agaisnt Obama? It will only cause more harm eventually as it is in error and/or wrong. It's not enough for SCOTUS to let us enter on paper only. The federal court may not demand that we hire a licesned lawyer. That's actual proof of death as they are favoring that piece of paper, that license over The People. They are giving legal standing, power and authority, to the paper not to The living People. As if the paper PROVES you are just! The world court then would not have sovereignty over The People as I can leverage the rest of the world versus The People forcing the planet to recognize The People, not Obama and not the illegally sitting officers as the legal, legitimate government. The world court would exercise jurisidicition o- sovereignty - over that dead paper and the dead institutions only but never The People as I, paperless Susan Herbert, represent The People. Besides having the law on my side I made certain to have intellectual property the world court wants and needs like what I know about nuclear chain reactions. I never published it for lots of reasons one being: If I have what the world needs then they will recognize The People instead of Obama. And now I can nail Norway for interfering in the US election process as the Nobel Committee violated their own terms to award that prize to Obama. It’s funny: The only means for Norway to escape public embarrassment? Side with The People and claim if our case had been heard in federal court then they never would have given that ‘prize’ to Obama but to me, lol. [Who in the world announces she is the smartest living person on the planet and that she plans to win a Nobel Prize and is deserving of it? What kind of arrogant b*tch would do that? Europe doesn't get it: the loudest person in the room is usually guilty; Europe is the arrogant b*tch that needs to learn a lesson about interfering in other people's elections.] I alone can do this in such a way it comes down on our side each time as any opposing force’s vested interest is in choosing us over Obama and the institutions.



It only seems as if Obama is good for Europe; if they know the truth of what entrenching him thus private interests means? The People of Europe and most elected leaders will choose us. Trust me: the people of Europe do not want to be slaves anymore that we do but they too have no choice and most not all of their elected leaders do not have any clue as to how US government works or why foreignization is bad for them. Whenever I reason it for a European? They are stunned. So I kept the world court in my pocket once I found out they convene in DC. The only other American to go there? Gonzales and her lawyer had a bad case as his argument was incorrect. He would never win on his argument but Gonzales the women does have a actual point of law as I know it and I heard her say it. If she argued her own case? She would have won in SCOTUS and all her lawyer did was bring the same bad case to the world court so I also have them on that too. [In world court you have to consider all FACT, even the legal code of the nation you might find. Well, did I prove our legal code alone is elegant? Yup. So then: if the legal code they are applying, their own, is faulty? You can weave that into your suit as it makes for an inherent human rights violation itself. Like I sued the Judiciary I can hold the world court at fault by sneaking it past them and I can press a charge against Norway to boot. Thus I'm not using it to find The People guilty but to find the sitting officers guilty; I'm using it to find other nations guilty of acts against The People that unjustly favored and empowered criminal officers and private interests.]



Is there any chance Sioux City will hear us? Yes but at this point I tell everyone that they need to assume we’ll have to go to the world court, worst case scenario legal action. If you can collect the $455? I tell people to assume they’ll never see it again. They might see it again - what is it but a return if I defeat federal income tax? - and they can get it back if they use their heads but they need to consider it a gift – it’s gone – and besides, they are only paying their own persons as the case is on their behalf. It's like paying a lawyer only as The People are the case you then pay yourself. Yes it feels like they are being double taxed now but that’s what tribute is which is why they need to stop paying all taxes. If they want to make their own case against the IRS? They can use this – taxes collected as tribute as no person should have to pay to access a court they already own and they pay to upkeep. If The People are denied any appearance in person in the federal court that judges salary then becomes tribute thus you are being taxed unjustly, two and three times over, when you'll never receive any return on your investment. you are being made to fund your own injury.



My plan: File the case w/o the poor persons form. The clerk will file it sans the form or hold it and ask me for the form or money. The reason to then pay the fee if they ask for it? Once you pay it then the judge has to rule on the case NOT the poor person’s form. Now they use that form to rule on the form itself rather than the case which is criminal. For instance they say the case can’t proceed as they deny the motion thus they rule upon the motion NOT the merits of he case. They jack you for the money as if you're poor they believe you then can't proceed and so pay it, get it? Sioux City used to file the case w/o the form but now they might not as they may be on to me, lol.



So, can you raise the $455 from people who know about the case? I won’t need it for at least 10 days. I know you may not understand all of this but every action I take is calculated. I do not always tell people the why of what I’m doing for reasoning. I’m not flying blind and the proof is: No matter what they cite as reason I can always point to something I did – I wrote it down or took the action - and so I can and will argue their own action as illegal or criminal and so they have no reason but only excuse. Not once have they been able to stop me; not once have they ever been able to cite an actual reason. Like you shouldn’t announce to enemy nations that you’ll negotiate our safety? You shouldn’t always announce your reason for doing something as The People should know by now if I was incorrect or wrong, or if I had other motives, then I would have disappeared a long time ago and lawyers and politicians wouldn’t fight so damn hard to silence us. If all it would take to shut us up is a single appearance in person then WHY keep that from us? We won that’s why; there is no argument a judge can mount against us, that’s why. They know ahead of time they will have to rule against Obama – exactly as the world court will have to if I go there. [You get so upset when I don’t vehemently renounce Islam, lol. I’m no dope: guess who has a problem with Islam that they can’t solve? France! They accorded it blanket immunity as a religion no matter how far they strayed from anything Mohammed taught then had all kinds of issues that led to riots in the streets when they attempted to address those cult like groups. They've also had racial violence. Most of Europe is having this same problem and I can help them – IF they see things my way, lol. IF they too acknowledge The People as the lawful, constitutionally set government who then is the power and authority. You break in then you dismantle whatever is harming you from the inside out, lol, and they are brought down before they even see you coming. I wrote it down so they can’t claim they did not know. Take Bob Bauer; do you know why he never sent me a cease and desist letter? He knows I whipped him thus he can’t send me one or else he is acknowledging my win. He’s admitting guilt. As only I did not receive a letter from him? That’s my proof – he always knew he was harming The People and committing treason - and he’s going to be tried for it and he’ll hang unless he’s willing to turn fed witness and so give us everyone else. He’ll still go to prison though; he just won’t hang. He’ll be dead regardless. what did I do differently? Easy: I mailed him a copy of every attachment. Usually you mail them to the court only and the lawyer goes to look them up. Upon appeal lawyers claim they did not know as the suit was dismissed so they never read any attachment; their alleged legal assumption is: The judge read them and still dismissed the case. Bullsh*t as lawyers protect other lawyers. What are judges?What is Obama? A lawyer, an expert exploiting his expert knowledge. I said, "Hey Bob, you're screwed as here's the paper trail. Now you can't claim you did not know your client is guilty as sin and so are you. You're as deliberate as he is and so is your firm as I did some checking on your foreign investments." ]



As I have to get this case mailed today to cover our ass if SCOTUS fails again then I’m not waiting for an answer from you. What if they do file it? What if SCOTUS happens to rule for us? I won’t need the stupid fee but to win in world court but I will need us – the suit - to be in the mail before SCOTUS makes its answer public on Monday.

P.S. How else do I have the world court over a barrel? LOLOLOL! Once I contacted SCOTUS & the Navy (JAG) in early 2007 and they announced they could and would injure us I then wrote to the Hague and Geneva informing them of our constitutional crisis and warning them NOT to support the criminal element in any way as that is not the lawful government. The world can't then deny they knew but ignored me so did it to The People of the US only to protect their selfish interests. They always blame us for every bad thing that happens and point the finger at us so I flipped the script on them; now WE can fault them and prove they do it to themselves so they are guilty not The People. If they support the officers and the institutions instead of The People what do they expect? They don't get to cry for our help then when it does not work out the way they want it to scream that we're bullies. I contacted them 2 years before Obama came along warning them not to support the foreingization of the office. when they say they thought it was a joke?

Okay Geneva: Let's assume Americans joke about a constitutional crisis upon a routine basis. Lots and lots of mentally ill people might contact you and say all manner of things about the government of the US. How many claims like mine did you ever receive in your entire existence? How many mentally ill people ever warned you of an existing crisis that was about to turn into a lethal constitutional crisis? And of all of those complaints how many supported their claim with actual legal reasoning, an actual law suit AND then later their name on the SCOTUS docket? how many people acted upon their knowledge of the reported or alleged crisis taking it as far as they could? For if it truly was a joke how did an illegal, unjust war come to be and how did I ever make it inside SCOTUS at all as to get on that list I had to have merit? What, you Geneva and you The Hague did not know a war was being waged against Hussein and in your very own back yard? Bush V Gore didn't make the news in Europe???

I'm betting Geneva and the Hague will have to admit they never, ever received any other complaints like this from any person ever and that they ignored me only as: They do not know how US law works. And that is it:

We're the arrogant bastards? Who told you that you know more about US law and what is actually going on inside the US today than a person who is living it and who knows US law so well that she made it into SCOTUS and still enters whenever she pleases? You know US law better than a natural born American citizen? Or is it that you not us are the only arrogant bastards around plus let me guess - you hate women too? You truly believe all women are stupid and weak but say you don't? This might be why the Geneva convention isn't a constitutional convention and so you didn't recognize an actual constitution when you met one but did recognize and proceed to laud a usurper when you saw his 'black' skin. Since when are black and traitor mutually exclusive??? And since when does patriarchy harm men??? Since when do men need relief from patriarchy??? Are you guys for real? Or is your plea "actually mentally ill" as in medically not legally delusional?

Can you imagine their faces when I reveal this fact to them if I am forced to go to world court? I'm going to save it until I appear. That I warned them 2 years before they then supported Obama thus criminally interfered with the US election process? And in so doing they then killed American women and their children? And actively helped China injure Europe itself?

Why stop at contacting the French delegation to the UN when you can contact Geneva? I always said: "I'm a prisoner of a domestic or civil war; I'm in exile within my own nation; I was born into an internment camp and it became a concentration camp on or about May of 1999." Guess what? LOLOLOL! I contacted Amnesty International too as well as the Carter Center. For some bizarre reason Jimmy Carter can work magic everywhere on the planet except within his own nation. If you need help? As long as you do not live within the physical boundaries of the US then Jimmy Cater is your go to man! The failed raid on Iran to free the hostages was no accident as Carter was inside the US when he executed it. Got worms in your drinking water, forced circumcision of women, unckecked guerilla warfare, religious extremeist ethnic cleansing and/or hanky panky ruining your presidential election? Then call the Carter Center and alert Jimmy Carter and your problems will be solved and pronto as you'll soon have the attention of the world focused upon you and your legal problems - as long as you are not a natural born American, as long as you are not standing within the physical borders of the US and as long as Cater is not standing withi the physical borders of the US at the time he or his center takes action in your defense. I have the US postal receipts and emails to prove it. The Creator's having some fun with this one: The Carter Center? It's headquarters is within the US. The person it's named after can't be. How many heads let alone faces can any one body of belief have? This is why you never name a dead institution after a living constitution - as it's treason then it's your death. You might be a citizen of the world but you're no longer a citizen of the US. Someday you might not be able to enter your own institute as your passport will be revoked and your citizenship voided - while you are not standing within the physical borders of the US.
