Only women give birth to baby constitutions; amending our law in a manner not legal targets women and their children only as men do not give birth to living people. I have been suing since April of 2007 as I saw this coming as women have never had actual legal power ever as our law exists on the paper only but not in actuality as we refuse to live it out as real. I knew Bush V Gore to be a tied decision but what I did not count upon is the US Supreme Court itself threatening me and then invoking unwritten unjust policy as law as it is not only directly violating our law but also Marbury as it refuses to allow me direct entry although I defeated their unconstitutional reasoning as this policy targets women and me alone and it constitutes ex post facto law - law made by completely circumventing US law aka the people as the US defaulted in my unique case as no response was made by the Solicitor General yet I was then conferenced and denied any and all relief by US Supreme Court. The Solicitor General is the US thus if that office breaches the contract by failing to respond then the only remedy and relief to be had is then oral argument as if Bush V Gore is a tie then Roberts appointment is not legal thus he only becomes legal and rechecks his office if he grants me oral argument as I now represent the entire ethical and law abiding US or the Declaration and Constitution.
You see, Marbury states one must act if they know the paper document exists thus the commission exists. You must act upon the knowledge and you must disobey any illegal, unethical or immoral orders of your commanding officers or you are liable. Marbury won his case but then ‘lost’ his remedy and relief as he never acted upon the knowledge after he was heard and so never acted as a Justice of the Peace. If he did his actions would have been binding and legal. however over the years the US Supreme court has turned this into unconstitutional policy by barring anyone from entering this court directly. ONLY MEN ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING DIRECTLY AS THEY HAVE UNCLEAN HANDS AND AS THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD PROTECTION OF THE LAW EVEN IF THEY WERE SLAVES. Women have not ever had any actual legal power as it has always been negated and now even our moral authority is usurped. When I made the case that I could enter directly by proving Roberts appointment is not legal and that this policy that targets women and me only exists thus it made me an absolute class of one representing the whole class - all law abiding Americans - clerks within the Supreme Court threatened to “sink” my case if it ever crossed their desks. A clerk calling himself “Will” said this exactly; first he expressed hatred and contempt or all women and then when I out cited and out argued him he stated hatred for me alone. His word was “sink” and now, as the clerks have refuse to file two applications for a stay and then a petition but yet acted upon the knowledge in one of those stays to conference my case then did not file it as if it never existed and as if i did not successfully enter the Court directly, the law is being violated by the clerks themselves with full knowledge as I have no evidence a Justice has ever actually seen my case as it appears as if the clerks fulfilled their threat against me as any Justice would not ever circumvent the entire US by not addressing the failure of the Solicitor General and WHY would Roberts throw away his one opportunity to then become a legal appointment?
If you have proven all offices of government are unchecked and that your issue - the US Supreme court - is now also jurisdiction - the US Supreme court - and clerks are seeking to hide what they did from the public how do you ever get a fair or just hearing or any hearing at all? You take it straight to the people as that is the only court that counts, as we are not only self-governing but also self-adjudicating. to enter US Supreme Court directly you had to overturn Bush V gore which I did and then as Roberts appointment was not legal as it was not arbitrary thus all offices are unchecked prove the US Congress is acting in violation of the law and so the statutory method of removing candidates from the ballot exists only on paper not in actuality thus it is made impossible to enforce the law.
The secret to getting around Marshall’s ruling that Marbury did not go into lower courts first? ACTING, as you must act before and after Bush’s election and as you must act upon the knowledge that the law exists and so your one vote is the power of Executive Order. I issued Executive Orders as I know our law and as I placed taxation without representation on the court record as early as 1998 and then stated the violation of Article 4 Section 4 on the record in December of 2000 as that is what the US Supreme court installing a President is as they used tricky language and bad math to fool you into believing it is legal when it is not. NATURAL BIRTH is the case for women and their children and i have made it as I lived it but now men and the unethical do not want my case heard - ever as it forever denies them unfair advantage and unfair and unjust privilege at the expense of women’s human rights. One has to define when life begins thus personhood exists and I did as I gave birth thus made a tiny connection men did not; men are now denying reality as they resent me for it as they will ever give actual birth to a person and so cannot know childbirth, pregnancy or abortion as fact. Anything they testify to regarding this? Not fact maybe factual and it is ideological warfare conducted against women then all Americans as there are only two kinds of baby humans - girls and boys. Men use when life begins to then change the conditions on women when our law is terms not changeable conditions as that is a denial of all process let alone due process. Go read Carhart as not one living woman was standing yet this case was heard - why? The court essentially ruled “This woman does not yet exist but if MI ever sees her it can murder her.” Denying women the right to make life and death choices for themselves and their children is then denying them liberty and denying them moral authority - custody - over their own persons. As liberty is an emotion realized as justice it is denying them justice.
Being a woman? It is intrinsic to doing the job of according women justice but we have never had a female President and only two women on the Court and not once has the Chief been female when a President and Chief Justice are equivalent legal authorities and now men are out to change a term of our law without due process to then permanently injure all Americans as it constitutes the overthrow of our entire law.
The Solicitor General already failed to respond to me but yet I was conferenced; this is; it is history; FACT; overthrow then already is! It is now. It is on the US Supreme court’s own docket under In Re Susan Herbert, 08-6622.

I proved the entire federal government is endemically corrupted as I was denied any and all entry in person in any court of law as a plaintiff and not one so-called “authority” would act for me as they are afraid so that I could address my injuries when I am innocent so that these injuries should never, ever have occurred. They expect you to read only their recommendations and orders but not the litigant’s actual complaint thus they use words and fancy word placement to make it seem as if; they even go so far as to change the complaint so much within their ruling in order to then force their reasoning and application of the law to fit when it does not at all that at least once my complaint was completely destroyed and not recognizable. The federal judge ruled upon what I never even made! In my unique case? Once I entered a complaint that was illegally pulled from the files with the date and time stamp tampered with and then returned to me and still zero relief. I also entered other complaints in which judges were writing that they could and would starve human beings as the US Supreme Court has not yet ruled they cannot thus they are blaming another for their own action; it is deliberation to cause harm as “will” is acting upon the thought. I proved it is made impossible for me to press my case or for others to do the same by the unethical and by the cowardly and so?
I am now planning upon forcing the Secret Service to arrest me thus I will then be granted a criminal trial in which I can at long last clear my name and tell my side of this uglu. ugly story, a story about what men are allowed to do to women and children when they are unchecked so that they can and may perpetrate any injury upon you only as they seek to protect their own person from prosecution and as justice is now a commodity bought sold and traded upon political favor.
In my case? My children and I were sold to third parties, one of whom was an unrelated man, for a $1 house the former (he may still hold this position) National Director of Literacy of NY State owned and sold to the third parties. He did so to avoid taxes and to avoid the IRS from automatically being notified as it was sold for that $1 and mortgaged that same day for $30k and I was told by a source that he received a $20k kickback from the third parties either at once or over time thus only $9,999.00 remained which is $1 less than what is automatically reported to the IRS. His wife told me it went for the “legal expenses” of his grandchildren - the opposing third parties. The federal government then and the states of PA, NY and FL have valued me and my children - our persons - at 33 and 1/3 cents a piece as all judges have ‘pretended’ this deed and mortgage does not exist although they are both entered to the federal record and have been since April of 2007 as they deny all facts. As I wholly embody the law and acted on behalf of all Americans especially all women and children when before a Philadelphia, PA court instead of only in defense of myself in order to then test the law and prove once and for all if it is theory or if it is actual law of this universe and is elegant?
I am an actual National Treasure priceless in value for I am a constitution; there is no authority above me as that is only the law and then my Creator exactly as our law reads and exactly as John Marshall restated. In the city formerly known as Brotherly Love I acted to cast my net wide thus fishing for men and not for myself or for actual fish thus I came to experience The Vote and Philadelphia as sacred.

American law is elegant when lived out as a matter of equivalent rights and so it is physics.
The federal court and other courts may label me a housewife but that is not my fact for I am an acting legal President, a physicist, a philosopher, a scholar, a theologian, an economist and a subsistence attorney who works out of home to avoid paying those unjust taxes. My only actual crime? Being a woman who refused out loud to obey the unjust orders made by men and the unethical and who instead told the truth no matter what it then caused her to suffer as only the truth makes anyone whole. these people tried to then force me to obey and even used my children ot harm me but it do not work as to experience Philadelphia as sacred and to then meet the unconstitutional burden of proof standard the cUS Supreme Court has recently begun invoking? I had to die both physically and metaphysically and survive it ot then give living testimony ot the injury thus connecting it directly to Bill Clinton, Bush V Gore and then Roberts as the unconstitutional burden of proof standard has become legal and actual death.
If it feels as if we are repeating Rome and Greece? It is because we are and that is death. I do not need to see Obama’s birth certificate as I sued to remove all candidates, inform the people and so place new candidates upon the ballot as none of us our safe if our leaders do not know Bush V Gore is a tie and cannot or will not reason basic constitutional law.
Liberty is a choice from among some just choices and you? YOU have given me no choice and so no opportunity whatsoever. My safety has never been secure since birth as I was born into this harm as all women are and now all Americans are. I will go to my grave never obeying this government and this law - the law as you have corrupted it not as it is. Patriotism is not blind faith or blind obedience but unconditional love for self so that you then can love others or We, the people and no actual patriot or natrual voborn citizen would ever violate the law or skirt it on purpose as that is harming your own self first thus you lack the human ability to love me. Proof?
The state of your life and this nation. You people would not know liberty it if walked right up and said hello as I did and you would not know justice if it fell into your lap as I did. You have zero excuses as it is against US law to be ignorant of the law so how then do you explain the conditions of my life none of which are the terms of US law or Barack Obama? You cannot.
Read drafts of my application for a stay, my petition and my original petition and do not bother criticizing it as it is meant to read as it does as “liberty” is an emotion first and so to prove liberty denied? You must first prove you nkow it thus all the technical mumbo jumbo in the world does not aid your cause and actual attorneys with licenses? they are at a disadvantage IF this nation belived what it tells the world it believes as it does not as actions not words prove you. I aksed and answered one question: does my one vote empower me and allow me to rise beyiond any and all disadvantages and even gross injustice or is it men only or the wealthy only or the connected only who can and may experience liberty and Philadelphia as sacred? The answer is: I can and may; you? Maybe as it is up to you. The wealthy and the connected? It would indeed be easier to pass thorugh the eye of a needle than to enter the kingdom of Brotherly Love aka US law.
Criminals must be punished, the unethical or dishonest must suffer the consequences and success can and may not reign unchecked and must be overcome evry bit as much as injustice. In America life is proof as the results of the experiment are all around you and as YOU are the experiment itself.
