I'm letting you know that I expect SCOTUS to deny us a hearing once again. The clerks backed themselves into a corner from which they can't escape so I have zero expectation they'll suddenly obey the law thus I truly believe no Justice ever saw the actual petitions. In an authority case? no clerk is to interfere as only a Justice and/or The People may adjudicate it thus no clerk is to be summarizing it as they are not qualified. Even their own case law, Zinerman, says so. At this point? The clerks would have to admit violating every clause and then all of US case law.
I had to go back a third time to then address that last bit of Marbury - adjudicating the commission if it is a part of your defense as the withholding of it becomes the violation of the right to then force delivery of the actual paper. As I accessed SCOTUS directly and received direct action no mater who did it? I fully vested my right to appear in person so denying us then becomes the violation of he right. Once they refuse to adjudicate the commission - either the two governing documents and/or that paper ruling for me that they withheld - I may then go to world court.
World court has tons of advantages and as I'll be the very first person in the US ever to be denied any appearance in a federal court when our case is airtight then I may use the world court to recognize The People led by me as the lawful government thus 'dethroning' Obama and the illegally sitting officers all of whom never left default and some of whom then committed crimes in order to silence us. The only other American ever to go to world court went with a faulty case; if she represented herself she might have won. Her lawyer is a man and he wholly missed the point of law: He argued the wrong property interest. As the US singed the American Declaration I invoke that and:
What possible response will the US, the sitting officers, have in our case? How will they ever explain away never responding and then allowing 511 to be passed and approved by the House Judiciary Committee? How will they ever explain away the police, FBI and Marshals not acting in my case when they had exacting details of crimes and routinely act on much less? How will the US ever reason sending women and their children - enlisted service members - to their deaths w/o reason or cause? I very carefully planned for this knowing I might have to go to world court as only I can use that court to secure our sovereignty.
To that end I filed in Sioux City over again as now I may accept help from a lawyer. I had to prove I could fulfill the oath of office on my own. Now that I did? I can recruit an attorney as I'll still be pro se but that attorney will be assigned to protect the class - The People - as the legal assumption is a pro se litigant might not be able to defend themselves against....court rules, lol. Thus the lawyer is basically a guard but is not the counsel of record but more like co-counsel. By filing in Sioux City again to address the mistake the court clerk made I extended our time to file as you have six months from the date you exhaust the system to then file in world court. It's easier than SCOTUS but I'm giving us that extra time regardless. Also: If I find an attorney or activist group that will help by garnering publicity thus pressuring the politicians if nothing else then we still have the option of going back to SCOTUS upon an emergency basis as people are actually dying. That's why I had to have the Sioux City filing in before SCOTUS makes its decision public today, as it gives us two options.
LOL! Somebody said, "Susan, your name appears in the last three years for every year. Hasn't any lawyer noticed?" No, and you'd think somebody would, wouldn't you? They miss it or when informed they deny it as in 'she must not have a case' as the documents aren't available to them. Who knows? Maybe four times will be the charm but I'm pretty certain I can secure legal assistance now as I did everything they claim is not supposed to be possible in the US.
Duh: It's all possible but it's all especially possible if Article 4 Section 4 is violated the Republic fell.
BTW: you realize I'm teasing the federal judiciary with the "I'm the smartest person alive" claim, don't you? They truly believe in those arbitrary lists and arbitrary pieces of paper as if paper like a law license proves ability and so do the citizens. Now a person can't be smarter and/or more influential that a dead piece of paper??? A person has to have an idea and then write it down on the paper. What did I say in my brief? "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" is the most lethal idea ever put on a piece of paper. If you mean to slaughter injustice in all of its forms all you have to do is introduce this idea to a person or group of people. Once they own it? The dead institutions around them have no chance. This is actually the mistake citizens who are black made as they never claimed it as it was given to them via emancipation and now via criminal activity. They became their own victimizers as they confused emancipation with liberty and as they do not know they - black men - only came to have actual legal power and actual protection of the constitution at Thurgood Marshall's appointment to Chief Justice.
People do not understand how very arbitrary outside approval is no matter how popularly accepted is it or isn't. You know, "In matters of style swim like a fish but in matters of principle stand like a rock". They read a list of the planets greatest intellectuals and they truly believe it even though you, me and my friends Tommy and Bruce are not on it. WHO made up that list as a person created it? What if HE never met me? What if HE is racist, sexist and is a religious fanatic?
Take our lawsuit: somebody had to author it. And somebody has to author all of Obama's responses to such suits so if Bob Bauer suddenly decides to maintain radio silence re my case thus violating a pattern he established as he always and forever sends cease and desist letters but never to me? He must then know I won and he must know Obama can't defend himself in a court of law and he must realize if he acknowledges me in any way he is acknowledging that he does know and always did know Obaam is not qualified. What, Bauer never read 511? I'm trying to turn things on their heads so people will think differently about them self, Obama and me for some pieces of paper like lawsuits are not arbitrary as you are claiming power and authority - sovereignty - to then act. There's no "Who's the smartest and/or most influential law" but there is "who's the legal authority law" and "who's committing a crime law". In the US? There's an "action proves ownership of the knowledge law" so that if Bauer ever acts to acknowledges I exist? He goes to prison and maybe to the hangman's noose.
This intellectual outsmarted him by filing as an authority case as in all authority cases? The named parties MUST by law respond. You can ignore every other SCOTUS filing but not authority filings. You then do not have the choice to pretend we don't exist and neither does the written Constitution.
I'm contacting a group who might assist us and I'm starting the filing for world court. As I said, it seems to be easier than filing in SCOTUS but I guess I'll find out if that's true.

P.S. I ripped someone a new one: A person told me that money was the root of all evil and they would not raise that $455. I said that if 5 million people between them could not raise $455 nor could this one person that they had a brand new problem to deal with: If you know money has no value then you have zero actual reason not to raise it. The People changed the condition once I did what they said would be proof so that now I'm obligated to do it twice to establish a pattern and to demonstrate that The People ARE one of my points of law as in they know but are guilty as sin of participating regardless.
